Lou is a graduate of Lehigh University and Touro College Physical Therapy Program who has 25 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.  Lou has taken extensive continuing education courses and is also a nationally recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Lou started Health Solutions in 2006 with the mission to bring a great and caring approach to his patients in physical therapy.

Dr. Blauer is a partner at Health Solutions Physical Therapy. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2018.  Since graduation, Dr. Blauer has primarily worked in outpatient orthopedic settings, where he emphasizes a hands on approach to care. He specializes in  combining manual therapy with individualized therapeutic exercise programs to help patient’s achieve the maximum therapeutic benefit and return to their prior, pain free level of function.

Dr. Ptak received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2022.  He is passionate about using functional exercise and manual based techniques to help alleviate pain. His goal is simple, to remove fear, restore confidence and have patient' s return to their prior levels of activity at a greater or higher capacity than they were before.

Dr. George earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2025. He is passionate about helping patients move better, recover faster and return to the activities they love through evidence-based, patient-centered care.  Bryan incorporates a strong manual therapy focus into his treatment approach, using hands on techniques to improve mobility, decrease pain, and optimize functional movement.
