Lou is a graduate of Lehigh University and Touro College Physical Therapy Program who has 20 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.  Lou has taken extensive continuing education courses and is also a nationally recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Lou started Health Solutions 10 years ago with the mission to bring a great and caring approach to his patients in physical therapy.

Dr. Blauer received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2018.  Since graduation, Dr. Blauer has spent most of his time working in outpatient orthopedic clinics that emphasize the use of manual therapy in conjunction with therapeutic exercise programs to help patient’s achieve the maximum therapeutic benefit and return to their previous pain free level of function.
